Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to all virtual reality applications (the “Applications”) developed and published by EVOA s.r.o. for the Meta Quest platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains, in plain terms, what happens with your data when you use any of our Applications.

1. Data Collection

Our Applications do not collect any personal information directly, such as your name, email address, age, location, voice, or biometric/body-tracking data (e.g. eye or hand tracking). All gameplay and app functionality runs locally on your device.

Crash and Diagnostic Data. Our Applications use Unity Technologies’ crash and diagnostic reporting service to help us identify and fix technical problems. When an Application crashes or encounters an error, the following limited technical data is automatically sent to Unity:

  • A unique installation-specific identifier (not tied to your personal identity)
  • Crash and exception logs (e.g. stack traces)
  • Basic device/technical metadata (such as device model and operating system version) associated with the crash

We do not use this data, and Unity does not use it on our behalf, to identify you personally, and it is not combined with any other personal information. No gameplay content, voice data, or biometric data is included in these reports.

2. How Data Is Used

The crash and diagnostic data described above is used solely to detect, investigate, and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues in our Applications, in order to improve stability and the overall experience. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to app diagnostics.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Crash and diagnostic data is processed by our service provider, Unity Technologies, which provides the crash reporting infrastructure. Under data protection law (e.g. GDPR), Unity acts as a data processor on our behalf; we remain the data controller. Unity’s handling of this data is governed by Unity’s Privacy Policy. We do not sell any data, and we do not share it with any other third party.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Crash and diagnostic data is stored on Unity’s infrastructure and is automatically deleted after a limited retention period (by default, up to 90 days). We do not separately store this data ourselves. Our Applications do not store any personal data on your device beyond normal local save/settings data required for the Application to function, which never leaves your device.

5. Data Deletion Requests

Because the crash/diagnostic identifier is not directly tied to your personal identity, we cannot look it up by name or account. However, if you would like data associated with your device deleted from Unity’s diagnostic systems, you may contact us using the details below with relevant details (e.g. which Application, approximate date, and device), and we will submit a deletion request to Unity on your behalf. We do not charge any fee for deletion requests.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Applications do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

7. Applications Covered by This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all current and future Meta Quest applications published under the EVOA s.r.o. developer account. Any application-specific data practices that differ from those described here will be disclosed separately within that application or on its store listing.

8. Changes to This Policy

If our data practices change in the future, we will update this page and revise the “Last Updated” date above accordingly.
